As one of the largest employers in the Murraylands, T&R Pastoral was awarded the Australia Post Large Business Award.
The company has shown commitment to the local community as a significant employer with more than 1300 staff.
It is the largest regional employer in the State and has been dedicated to ensuring business confidence in the region for many years.
T&R Pastoral group human resource manager Brian Devey said ironically the award coincided with the company's 10th anniversary.
"We are thrilled and delighted (to have been awarded)," he said.
“We take our responsibility seriously as the biggest employer. And there are plans to see an expansion which will create about 300 more jobs.
It is an exciting place to work”.
